• Distinctive competitive advantage
• High growth global markets of > €500m in total
• Strong evidence of market demand/acceptance
• Product easily integrated into existing value chains
• Referenceable customers
• Core management team that is focussed, ambitious and balanced with relevant experience
• Preference for businesses that are generating revenues (and profits), but will consider exceptional opportunities that are not
• Based in Europe, but will invest elsewhere given a strong syndicate partner
• Realistic exit potential within 2-4 years
